I found this product by way of a search for a "cure" to my perennially cracked finger tips, and the reviews of products that mentioned Porter's Original lotion that I found convinced me to give it a try. I was not disappointed. The lotion is very easy to use and highly effective. I have had relief from the cracks and fissures on the ends of my fingers for the first time in my life! They are all closing and healing and when a new one starts to appear a quick application of the lotion stops it cold. I have just started using the hired hands cream regularly and have no new cracks.
