This product does not work well for thick hair, the crimp does not stay at all when you brush hair. I returned the product and have not been refunded yet and every time I call they keep saying they don't have the package and the post office says that the company should all ready have the package (but the company keeps saying they don't have the package). Do not do business with American RX!!!
