This is the best thing I have found for keeping my feet (and elbows) from drying and getting rough. But really it's the effect on my feet that has kept me buying this for several years. I've tried expensive pedicure treatments and they are, at best, no better than this stuff. It smells good too! Only downside: it takes a little while to soak into the skin so you can't just toss on your sandals and run right after applying this. It's cocoa butter with petroleum jelly--simple and effective. I put it on after bathing or at night. It's pretty good for a night time hand treatment too.
