I ordered cleaning solution as listed here, model CC-100 and instead received pre-shave cream. I filed a claim, and they did in fact send me cleaning solution, but not the one they advertised. I was sent cleaning solution CC-100A, instead of CC-100. It seemed futile to pursue obtaining the correct item they advertised and I have called it a loss. Shipping costs were also far too extreme in price from this seller.
The larger concern over receiving the CC-100A cleaning solution is that it gunks your shaver up after 1 cleaning, and leaves a blue residue all over the foil of the razor.
