I've had this item for about two years, and I had the same exact one before and it just broke one day, not because the item is bad or anything, but I believe it's cause I drop it off the counter so many times while using it. Anyways, this item is absolutely amazing. It's the only straightener I will use. It heats up super quick, has plenty heat settings, and on the packaging tells you which setting to use for your hair type. It makes your hair look super smooth, and it can make it pin straight. Also it can be used for other styles. I use it everyday for different styles, and it doesn't really burn or kill your hair. I use it to curl my hair as well as a sort of crimpy wavy look. And it just does a fabulous job. I would definitely curl my hair with this item rather then a curling iron, because the curls NEVER fall, and you can have them lasting for days with NO HAIRSPRAY NEEDED(: I absolutely love this item, and it's a cute color, and a very inexpensive price. I definitely recommend this item to anyone and everyone!
