Customer Review: Two good products, and a stinker

I have used the DAY and the NIGHT creams for many years, and they are great. This is the first time for the "Wash". I wrote to the seller that it doesn't lather as described, and doesn't remove makeup at all, and it felt gritty and is that normal or did I get an old or tainted product. They replied that every Lot No is different. I wrote back that this isn't a good answer; it was described as LATHERING and that it removed makeup. It doesn't! They wrote back that I should take it up with the manufacturer. All I wanted to know was "Is this the way the product performs?" Never got an answer. Very poor service. At this price, they could at least answer the question. I will never order from this seller again, but will take my business elsewhere.
