(my daughter is writing this)I had a really old conair curling iron from when I was like 10 and it finally broke about 4 years later and now im older and i wanted a new one so we went to the store and bought this one. I ran home and pluged it in and I have medium hair its not thick and its not thin so i thought that it would work. I got a 1in section of hair and had the heat on medium and counted to 15 and i barely had i dent. So i turned the heat up and the same thing and it still didnt work. I even used smaller amounts of hair and it still didnt work. So then i turned it of and turned it back on and it STILL DIDNT WORK. I returned it and bought a conair curning iron that works as best as the first one and it was cheaper. Revlon you need to make better products than this junk. Now i will never buy one of your products again. If i could i would give this a rating of ZERO!
