The one thing that I liked most about this product was the comfort of the ends of the tweezers. They felt almost rubber or felt like when you used them. They were very easy to grip and didn't pull as much as some others I've used. The one thing I noticed when using them was that they didn't pull the small hairs out like other tweezers did. On my first use, I noticed how comfortable and easy they were to use. But the second and future use of them, I found tiny hairs were harder or impossible to get with them. This is why I'm only giving them three stars for my overall liking of them.
