The Latin name for Rosemary essential oil is Rosemarinus officinalis and its camphor like fragrance is strong and clear. It aids concentration, improves mental clarity and strengthens the nervous system. Helps lower high blood sugar and it warms and relieves colds and bronchial and asthmatic spasms. Great for cold feet, tired or weak legs, circulatory problems, sore muscles, rheumatic and arthritis pain. Actions include antiseptic, anti-rheumatic, fungicidal, among others. Blends well with mint, bergamot, basil, lemon, juniper, tea tree, lavender, peppermint and cedarwood. Do not use during pregnancy or with epilepsy.Aromatherapy
