This variety pack allows you to sample quite a lot of Satya Sai Baba's offerings at a great price. Many of them are variations on floral-spice-musk, but there are distinct differences between them, and a few of them really stand out. You get just enough sticks per box to get a solid impression of each fragrance. There are two each of the ever-popular blue box nag champa and Super Hit varieties. There are also two of the Aastha, which is a wonderful spicy vanilla fragrance, and two of the Black Blossom, redolent of night bloomers which is now my favorite of Sai Baba's floral offerings. There are also two of a scent called Fantasy, a nice vanilla champa but not as friendly to my nose as the Aastha (your mileage may vary).
The rest of the varieties have only one box to represent them. Among the single note scents, the Strawberry is a sweet and inoffensive incense to have burning during breakfast time, and the Rose is very relaxing in the evening. The Super Sandal has enough vanilla that I don't know if I'd really consider it single note. The other scents are more complex. The Creamy Musk is pleasantly perfumey, the Leeladhar is beautifully subtle, and the Tufan, I swear, smells just like Jean Nate. Although the others did not stand out as much to me, there is really not a dud in the box, I liked them all. Check it out for yourself, you're sure to find a favorite.

A friend's mother recently turned me on to incense and now I am hooked.
I love to come home from a long day at work, light a stick and jump into a hot shower. By the time I come out of the bathroom the room smells like heaven and I am very relaxed.
This collection is great for someone like me who has discovered they like incense, but is not really sure exactly which ones to buy. Eight or ten sticks of each is the perfect amount to sample and enjoy. Now I know which ones I would like to reorder.
I have to say that I truly like every scent in this collection, there have been no disappointments.
My favorites are...
Fresh Rose - nice blend of roses and herbs
Creamy Musk - smooth and musky with hints of vanilla
Ishana - flowery herbal sent that reminds me of chamomile
Rajdhani - sweet strong herbal scent that is intense yet relaxing - My absolute favorite.
This Satya incense assortment and a coffin incense burner would make an excellent gift.
As a follow-up I bought several boxes of HEM incense and it was hit or miss. For example Orange Blossom I loved, Cinnamon I hated, Pine and Spearmint were OK.

These are a good buy if you are into Indian incense and are looking for some new scents to check out. There are quite a few good ones in the package, however many have about the same scent and there are several just plain awful smelling ones.
The packaging was mediocre, they came in a large box and many of the 10g packages were bent or slightly damaged, but this was not really a problem, since the sticks themselves were in good shape (other than some excess powder at the bottom of some of the packages).
I suggest getting them if you are looking for some new incense to try and have enjoyed nag chamba or other satya incense, if you have never tried either I would suggest getting a smaller package of nag chamba first.

I love this incense. Like many of the finer things in life, nag champa was an acquired taste for me. I love it now, and all the many variations in the aromas of this incense. We have some new favorites now, and probably will acquire more before we burn it all up. I recomend this incense for the variety and the gorgeous packaging. I am extremely happy with this collection of incense. They last a long time, 30 minutes on some of the varieties and they smell great. Easy to light, and they stay lit! Very nice to trial different varietys so I can determine which ones I like the best for future orders!
