Customer Reviews of Seki Edge Stainless Steel Fingernail Clipper

Customer Review: Best nail clippers I have ever used or can find
Summary: 5 Stars

I have to agree the Seki Edge Stainless Steel Nail Clippers are the best I have ever used and I will never buy a cheap drugstore pair again! They are stainless steel, not chrome plated with very sturdy construction with a great cutting edge that seems to stay sharp. There are no loose or wobbly parts.

NOTE: there is NO fingernail file built into your clipper (which I never use anyway) and also NO round hole in the base of the clipper (to attach a chain or key ring - which again, I have never done).

I see no reason these clippers would not last a life time of normal use.

Customer Review: Rolls-Royce of nail grooming
Summary: 5 Stars

The Seki Edge Stainless Steel Fingernail Clipper is a solid feeling fingernail clipper that provides a nice clean cut. A bit pricy compared to drug store clippers, but definitely worth it. This is one clipper that will not need to be replaced.

I like to keep my clippers separate, but this fingernail clipper is more than adequate to act as a toenail clipper. The cuts are so clean I never needed to file in conjunction with my cut. However, if you like to file your clippings, you will need to invest in a separate file; a file is not built into this unit.

Customer Review: The Best
Summary: 5 Stars

My family has been using J.A. Henckle Nail clipper for 8 years (works great even now), and I love it very much. When I moved out from my parent's house and when I was about to order one myself, I saw people recommending Seki Nail Clipper over Henckle's Nail Clipper. So i thought I'll give a shot to it, and purchased Seki instead...and wow...I LOOOOVE this Seki Clipper. I never thought I would need separate nail clipper for toe nails (one is enough to do all job), but since Seki nail clipper is so wonderful, I'm kinda tempted to buy a Toe nail clipper as well.

Customer Review: Not nearly as good as I'd hoped for
Summary: 2 Stars

The clippers seem sharp, but surprisingly often leave torn and partially attached fragments at the ends of my nails. In other words, although the blade seems very sharp, it often doesn't give me a clean cut.

I also don't like that the top bar is shorter than the bottom one. It makes for an odd grip. No built-in file is really strange, too - that should be a given. And finally, the two slits at the bottom seem to be decorative only - I can't imagine a practical purpose for them.

Vastly overpriced, and not that good.

Customer Review: SIMPLY AMAZING!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

FINALLY a nail clipper that actually cuts!! Imagine that! I'm thrilled beyond belief that I have found this nail clipper. No more tears wheneven I cut my little girl's nails. We have always used the clippers we got from Target or some local drug stores and after a few uses they become dull so instead of cutting the nails all the way through they leaves sharp edges. Then I have to file the nails down so she doesn't scratch her face. NOT fun!

I will be buyer a few more to have around just in case we lose this one!
