I finally realized that there are just some things you shouldn't skimp on, moneywise, make-up being one of them. So, I set off on a quest to find good quality make-up, trying a number of "starter kits". I have since discovered [...], which has make-up brands I've never heard of, many of which I have since fell in love with. This Smashbox eye set sold me on the creamy eyeliners, and they succeed for a smashing debut! They go on smoothly and the brush is just stiff enough, yet soft enough to use as an eyeliner brush. As an added bonus, you receive some photo-finishers, which make you look flawless and "set" the make-up. Overall, I suggest you give this a try. Seriously, once you decide to splurge on good quality make-up, you won't go back to the cheap stuff.
