The valve to blow up the pillow with air came out before the pillow was entirely inflated. The valve was not secured in the pillow and would not seal so air leaked out immediately. I am extremely disappointed in this product. I ordered 2 pillows, and the first one only lasted a week. The second one has lasted about a month, but they both must have been defectively made, because they won't hold air. I will not order this product again. I plan to write to the manufacturer and hopefully get replacements or my money back.
