When you read that a lot of folks don't need conditioner if they use this, believe them! My hair is curly, fine, thin and breaks a lot if I don't do something about it. This shampoo makes me have to do less and my hair stylist and I have noticed an increase in body. He brought it up, I didn't but I had to agree. I do sometimes still use conditioner or other treatments, but much, much less than before, with better results. It even works better than Nioxin for me.
