I had horrible acne for a while, and still have break outs from time to time. I tried everything, and this is one of the few inexpensive and easy to use treatments that worked. Sometimes I mixed the Witch Hazel with a little lemon juice but usually I used it straight. In the winter I did find it to be a little over drying, which just meant I had to use more moisturizer.
Give it a try, its worth it for the price.
