Before I owned this hair dryer it used to take forever to dry my hair plus my hair looked like an unruly, frizzy mop. The T3 Evolution dryer has proven to be nothing short of a miracle for my hair. I don't know how I got along without it! This technology makes my hair stay smooth even on the most humid days! OK, there will be a little frizz when it rains but NOTHING like before. I was embarrassed of my hair on wet days until this dryer! If this dryer can help me it can help anyone. I thought my hair was hopeless until I bought it. I also thought it was a lot of money to spend on a dryer, but it's been the best investment I ever made in my hair! I actually save money now because I am not continually trying new hair products. With this dryer and a good round brush I can use drug store brands and get salon results!Customer Review: Old Unauthorized Stock, But Great Deal

If I have this right, this is an older, closeout version of the current $300 Evolution hairdryer but for the price it's a great deal. It is not the identical model to the current one, as it only has 1600 watts vs. 2000 watts for the current one. But, look at it this way, you could buy 3 of these for the same price as the one from an "authorized" dealer with a warranty-and you would still have to pay $15+ to have it fixed if it breaks under the warranty. The one we got came with no serial number as described in other reviews below, but it has been working extremely well and as advertised in that it dries hair significantly faster than our old Conair Yellowbird 2000 watt and leaves your hair feeling much softer. I'd rather pay $100 with no warranty than $300 with one (that's like spending $200 on an extended warranty).Customer Review: Your buying a mark off ~ it's fake!

I bought this dryer because Amazon was the only place it wasn't out of stock. When I rec'd it in the mail it looked nothing like the picture. I went on Bespoke Labs to sign up for the warranty & they said it was being sold through an unauthorized dealer. I spent the $300 for it. I shipped it back hoping they will credit my account. If I'm buying something that xpensive it better be the real thing. This dryer wasn't. I could tell because Bespoke's name was only found on the box...not the dryer at all. Highly disappointed that I fell for a fake! I know how to wait until the product become available at an authorized dealer. Bespoke Labs warranty on this dryer is 4 yrs. if you go on their site. Amazon's is only 60 days. Don't waste your $ or time. It's like buying a knock off Louis in New York City. Don't do it!Customer Review: Speedy, No Frizzies Hair Dryer

This is one fast hair dryer. By fast I mean that your hair is dry almost before you turn in on, that's how powerful an airflow you get. All that power and you don't need earplugs, because the noise I'd been listening to for the last couple years with my old (now banished to the recycle bin) hair dryer has been greatly reduced.
Of course if you're not in a hurry (I almost always am) and want to take your time styling your hair, you can turn down the power. You can adjust the heat too, so you can really take your time with your hair if you like. But the most amazing thing is how much better my hair looks after I'm finished. I swear, this hair does the job fast, as I said, but the neatest thing about it is that when I'm finished, those frizzies I'd been used to are nowhere to be found.

I did not purchase my dryer from Amazon - however after 2years it just stopped working. Thank goodness I purchased from authorized retailer - I had no issues with the warranty process & received a replacement dryer from T3 (although it did take a couple weeks). This is a great dryer, I am very happy with it's performance & the warranty process - I rated low to warn Amazon shoppers to make sure when you purchase this item the serial # tag is afixed to the cord - it is absolutely necessary for a warranty situation. I purchase tons of things on Amazon - I was disappointed to hear of the others having issues since Amazon is not an Authorized T3 retailer. Make sure you do your research on this one before you decide where to purchase. I would definitely recommend the product itself.
