I had read alot up on skin brushing and the benefits, now I'm not sure about all the benefits but I do love it. This brush is very firm, so I imagine sensitive people might find it too hard. But I find it incredibly stimulating. My skin feels much smoother and looks smoother. I'm pregnant so my changing body its hard to determine how much it affects my cellulite, but it looks better. After I used it the first week, I started to smell. I thought it was pregnancy related, then I read online that skin brushing can do that because its helping release toxins. The smell has gone away (thank god!) but I'm going to stick with the belief that its the skin brushing doing its job. I love the way this brush comes apart, I find it hard bend over now a days so the handle is great besides just for brushing the back, and the hand held part is great for my bulging belly because its very sensitive and i have great control with just holding the brush without the handle.
