I lived in Germany for years and love this stuff! As another reviewer mentioned, it's pricey here compared to buying it there, but now I can just order it and not have to arrange to have friends chance the bottle breaking in their luggage! To make it go farther, you can put a big bowl of hot water on the kitchen table, add a teaspoon full of the Erkältungsbad, and make your own steam tent with a towel draped over your head and the bowl. Looks funny but opens the airways. It smells not so much of eucalyptus as of fir & pine, so to me it has a refreshing effect without the burn and the room smells like the north woods, not a koala cage. It won't cure your cold, but it does relieve the misery.
