I rated the product 3 stars only because I don't know yet if it's having an effect. I have been using the Tolnaf oil for a few weeks. You are supposed to apply it twice a day. Sometimes I forget one of those times. It's supposed to take a couple of months before you notice results. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. As for the ordering and receiving process through Amazon.com, all went smoothly and I received the product in record time. Thank you.
