The name would imply something extra special. It's not lotion, it's not oil, its salve! Well, I was expecting something more than what the salve delivered. I specifically purchased the item because the soap at my job is so harsh it left my hands feeling like sandpaper. It did help with the cracked skin, but I was hoping for hands as soft as a baby's bottom. If you don't have harsh conditions, it may be a good product for you. In the meantime, I will keep looking for baby bottom hands.
