This seller is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They can't ship 2 day but don't tell you until after it is shipped, and then they charge you nearly the same amount when it goes 3+ days, even though they offer free shipping for 3+ days. They refuse to refund the shipping charge and generally will ignore you if you complain. I also called and got told that I am hard to understand by an asian woman, I am Australian and I'm hard to understand??
If you can go to Nordstrums, it costs you the same amount and you don't get the attitude!!! Never again. I thought I was doing something nice for my wife and it turned into a nightmare!
