Customer Review: Works for removing most black heads without scarring

This tool is better than using your fingers in order to avoid turning a black head into an infected pustule. However, how you use it is very important. The tool must be kept clean, the manufacturer recommends rubbing alcohol I believe. Usually with the end with the smaller loop, I apply light pressure on top of the black head for a few seconds and stop if nothing is coming out. You can try again later. The tool may leave a temporary red impression on your face, but it will disappear as long you used it for a few seconds. This tool is not intended for pustules (but you can try Zeno Pro Acne Clearing Device for pustules at early stages). I have found this tool to work fairly well for black heads that are not too small and are closer to the skin's surface (not for milia). For day-to-day skin care, the best practice is to exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate, so that black heads cannot form in the first place. In addition, monthly facials have proven effective to prevent acne. If you are going to pick your face (but you shouldn't), get this tool!
