For the past couple months, I've been shopping for a new flat iron. I had a few requirements - temperature control & dual voltage, mainly, and I didn't want a "cheap" iron, as those have damaged my hair before. I have fine straight hair, so I use a flat iron to smooth and give some body and I don't need a 400 degree iron to do that. And I will be traveling overseas in a couple months and so needed dual voltage.
I ordered this iron a week ago and had it within a couple days. I tied it out and I love love love it! I have one spot where my hair has seen a little too much chemical from highlights and it's really dry. This iron smoothed it perfectly, and I can't even tell the hair is damaged. So, while I didn't buy this iron to be my main iron, I have retired my other straightener and have gone full time with this one.
