I don't know what the one person with the one star rating was talking about. I ordered this hair straighter, it came faster than expected and I live in a rural area so normally it takes forever for things to arrive but it arrived within 3 days of the order. It has a long chord so you have more movement, it heats up super fast, it beeps when it turns on and beeps when it turns off, its super cute, it doesn't feel cheap or anything. My hair is super smooth and straight. I used a Chi and Andis before but this one takes the cake. I do recommend buying a hair straightener cleaner I got one from Hot Tools for cheap, and I got Sebastian Trilliant Thermal Protection to protect my colored hair. I even bought a Wetline hair straightener holder, it works amazing, I do fear my hair straightener will fall out of it so I make sure I sit next to it.
I love the seller and I love the hair straightener.
The Pink version is so cute, and the white one is absolutely adorable!
