The online item description reads that the combs are made of rubber. However, once I received the package, I noticed that the full description showed that it was a rubber/plastic composite.
The comb broke after a few weeks. I came home one day and removed two pieces of a comb from my back pocket--it broke in half. It must have broken when I bent over to pick up something.
It is better than an all-plastic comb. However, how many would I have to buy if they break every few weeks? My point exactly. I'll find something else.
