I can roll around in poison ivy and never break out, but for some reason, this stuff has caused me to have a SEVERE allergic reaction to it. I had been using for a couple days when I noticed an itchy patch on my upper chest. Then, a day later, it was on the insides of my elbows and slowly moved down my forearms, then it appeared behind my knees, on my upper thighs, my lower stomach, and my hips. Pretty much anywhere I had used this stuff, it appeared. I'm pretty sure it's the Hydrogenated Styrene/Butadiene Copolymer in it, because I'm not allergic to any of the other stuff. It could also be the fragrance.
I've read a LOT of reviews, and it seems a lot of people have gotten this rash. I haven't tried contacting the company yet, but I will be soon. Not even benadryl or calamine lotion makes the rashes stop, although it does alleviate the itching some.
My suggestion is that if you want to try this product, use it on an isolated area for a few days before using it on your entire body.
