Customer Review: Not So Great Blow Dryer

UPDATE: It didn't even last 4 months. The dryer started rattling and then died. It's too bad because it was very light weight and did a great job smoothing out my hair.
My Wahl Complement blow dryer finally died on me which is too bad because it was the best blow dryer I ever had. So I have been searching for a new blow dryer that will live up to the Wahl. I've only had the Vidal Sassoon EcoStyle for a week but it comes the closest to leaving my hair soft and smooth like the Wahl dryer. My hair is very damaged due to hi-lights and japanese straighteners. This blow dryer is also very light and compact. Compared to the Wahl, the EcoStyle is a little louder and the cord isn't as long. The angle of the EcoStyle makes it a little awkward to use with a round brush but overall, it does a good job. I hope it won't die after 6 months because there isn't much out there that is light weight, dries fast, and makes my hair soft and smooth. I just wish they hadn't discontinued the Wahl Complement.
