I agree with what the other people said about this product that gave it one star. It was time consuming. the bottle didn't last long since they tell me I need 14 pumps for my hair! My hair didn't look good after using it. It had a lot of fly aways and became dirty faster. The product just feels so heavy, like I am putting conditioner on my hair and scalp. I went out and bought Jason's biotin shampoo which gives my hair a great texture and some thickness!!Customer Review: Nothing Better

This Product is amazing....I have tried all the products (for my fine wavy hair) even the costly salon brands, but Wen's Lavender Cleansing conditioner beats them all, I have never had such soft hair since I was in school. It has kind of reversed 12 years of hair abuse, I am so so happy, that I invested in this wonderful product. I will always come back to Wen's even if they double the cost, because it is so worth it. I watched the TV ad for WEN over and over each time getting closer and closer to trying it. I finally did order the starter kit and have not looked back since! I will never use "shampoo" again. The improvement in my hair has been dramatic as far as softness, control, volume, shine, and hair loss. My hair routine has become so much easier and I have better hair. What more could you ask for? I tried the sweet almond mint first and loved it. The lavender made my weak and break. It also did not have the other properties that I loved about the sweet almond mint - silky, looked soft, and held curl beautifully without product (except the instructions indicate that after turning the shower off you should add an extra squirt of conditioner and a small dot of the styling gel, which I did and was definitely necessary).Customer Review: Best product ever!

This is my second purchase and I am still pleased everytime I use it. I have very straight,fine, color treated hair and it keeps the color from fading, makes my hair shiny and manageable. Most shampoo conditioners left my hair heavy with no body. This product leaves my hair full of body and bounce. You have to get used to no lather and I find if I do the final rinse in cold water it gives my hair more body.
