WEN hair is the best thing i have ever used for my hair. i have fine but hormonally wavy hair, used to be straight. dries frizzy due to the frequent use of straightening iron for the past year or more, now growing it out. so i saw instant results. my hair was SO soft, and dries fabulous and i dont have to do a thing. i use no where NEAR what they tell you to. maybe 6-7 pumps total...my hair is long a bit past shoulders. just add splash of water until it feels like its covered with conditioner, clip it up, then continue shower. rinse when done which usually is about 5+ minutes so it works perfectly. i used lavender 32 oz and lasted me almost 2 months (using my own amount). i now have fig, which i find works a tad better for my dry hair, since it is thicker. wish it smelled better, but it still measures up. i also find that amazon has the best price i have found so far. guess i should stock up!

I bought this product(almond mint scent)16oz bottle and was very disappointed! If you have highlighted hair and/or color treated hair do not buy this product! I have really cool highlights in my hair. As soon as I used this product, it completely stripped the color from my hair!!! I was so worried as I thought my color was gone for good. The product itself definitely cleans your hair and it feels good on your scalp, but that doesn't outweigh stripping all of the color out of your hair! I've always used shampoo and conditioner for highlighted hair and my color is always shiny and bright. After using this product it was completely dull with no color. Thankfully once I went back to using my color treated shampoos and conditioners, my colors returned or I would have had a heart attack..lol It also has no smell and I like my other shampoos that make my hair smell good. Now I have a whole bottle gone to waste.Customer Review: It burns! It burns!

OK, I didn't actually buy this product. A woman I work with lent it to me, in hopes of making me a convert. But as I have trouble finding products that make my hair behave itself, I was open to giving it a shot. Even more so, when I discovered it didn't contain SLS, which I have a sensitivity to.
I will admit that, after two washes, my hair feels great. It didn't help with dryness or frizziness (at least not yet), and certainly no one's noticed a visible change. It smells great, too.
However.
TOO. MUCH. MENTHOL!!!
My whole body burned and itched from the menthol in this product. And I'm quite certain it was this product, as since I have rosacea and sensitive skin, I'm very, very careful about my regimen. I'll never get to find out if it could've improved my hair, because I don't think I can bear that feeling again; it was nightmarish. Glad I didn't buy it.

My hair has gone through hell and back. It was very delicate when wet and could break easily. I went nuts with hair dyes and perms and had to be very gentle with my hair afterwards. My hair was basically one step up from straw so I decided to try wen. I started using Wen and my hair became instantly soft which was weird since I never buy things I saw off of infomercials. The only negative thing though is that using Wen continuously started to make my roots feel too oily so now I only use Wen for the driest parts of my hair (the ends). That way my scalp feels squeaky clean with regular shampoo and my straw ends feel a lot softer. It's definately worth the buy in my case. My special korean potato shampoo I bought from a salon couldn't fix the ends of my hair, but Wen was able to. Also, it feels very fresh on your hair, refreshing, and the smell lasts all day.Customer Review: GREAT PRODUCT!

I ran out of my WEN while I was visiting family in TX and I couldn't imagine using another product in my hair -- so I ordered it and it came in 2 days (thanks for the quick turnaround). I left the remainder for my daughter to use - she fell in love with it. My natural curly, somewhat frizzy hair has calmed down and I actually have been able to have my "dream" (all my life I wanted this style) haircut - an inverse bob. Thanks to WEN my old lady hair looks GREAT! You have to give in to the different technique (all those pumps of a product that feels like conditioner) and give it a chance (and follow the directions). My hairdresser was ready to chemically straighten my hair - but has been shocked at the difference in my hair since I started using WEN products in April. Thanks CHAZ DEAN - your products are AWESOME!
