I had seen the infomercials, but am always skeptical of those.I read many reviews and decided to try it. My hair is short,fine, color treated, dry and lifeless. I don't think I will ever have the silky, gorgeous hair from the infomercials, but it is definitely better. You need to use common sense. Directions say 14-16 pumps, I only need about 4 or 5. I leave it on,finish my shower and rinse my hair thoroughly and that seems to be enough time. My hair looks thicker and feels much better. And my color lasts much longer. It had gotten to the point where I needed to color every 3 weeks and now it is about 5 or 6 weeks. Based on other reviews about the official website, I bought it through amazon.com and that was easy. I have very fine hair and have never been able to find a shampoo that would not have my hair end up feeling like a pile of hay...until now. This product is a life-saver for me. I use it every day and honestly I wouldn't want to live without it. This product cleanses my hair beautifully and just a dime size leave-in as my conditioner is perfect. With other shampoos, I needed a quarter of a bottle of conditioner just to be able to get my fingers through my hair! I highly recommend this product and the lavender is my favorite. The original almond was too heavy and the cucumber aloe just had a very intense smell...too much.
I also use the styling creme and the texture balm. I finally love my hair thanks to Wen.

I absolutely love this product. My mom got me hooked on it after she started using it. I come from a family of a lot of women (14 of us). And of all of us only one of us isn't impressed by this conditioning shampoo. We range from super straight, flat hair to curly, full hair and there is something for all of us.
I do still use a regular, store bought, shampoo every 3rd or 4th washing. But I have always done that. Even before wen, I would trade off between two products. Some of the reviews complained about the menthol/minty smell, and while it is strong in the shower (which I actually like) It is gone by the time your hair is dry.
You must try this product to know how great it is. Really, you'll love it!

I bought this product for my wife as she had tried just about every hair care product that's on the market. A few made her hair frizzy and some worked for a while but then the frizz started to show again. She was getting very frustrated because she wanted to wear her hair longer but it was becoming a real problem. I'd heard about WEN hair care products and I didn't want to make any long-term commitment, so I bought a single bottle from you and she has been absolutely delighted with the results. Her hair is softer and more manageable and now she feels confident to grow her hair longer for the first time in a long time. I love this product. I was skeptical so before trying I went online to look for reviews. All of the negatives appeared to be with the automatic shipping and billing. When I found it on Amazon I decided to try and I am so happy I did! I noticed a huge difference after the first cleansing. My hair is curly but I blow it straight so it is dry adn damaged. I was amazed how easy it was to blow straight, no flyaways and my hair didn't get frizzy because it was already full of moisture and not absorbing so much from the air. I have not had a bad hair day since I started using Wen! I have also recommended it to a number of people... the ones who have tried it love it too! I will never use anything else again.
