I saw the WEN informercial about 2 1/2 months ago and decided I would give it a whirl. I am always skeptic about informercials and I really anticpated myself returning the product after the 30 days trial for my money back. Boy was I ever WRONG.I have tried the Sweet Almond Mint in my intial trial and recently ordered a 16 oz of the Lavender Cleansing Conditioner. I will NEVER use shampoo again. This product works wonderfully to cleanse your hair and leave it feeling healthy. The Almond Mint was great but my new favorite is the Lavender. It leaves your scalp fresh and tingly and your hair renewed. It also leaves your hair smelling like a perfect Lavender field. I recommend this product 100%!

Yes, this product is great for your hair. It was noticeably softer and smoother after using it. However, it wasn't all that it's made out to be. Also, every time I use it, the scent is of strong lavender and the natural ingredients. It almost smells like menthol. It's not particularly offensive, but it is very strong, so I have to somewhat avoid being in enclosed spaces with people while my hair's still wet. I'd definitely recommend it, but be sure to use a nicer-smelling conditioner after use. Shipping was good. Satisfied with the product, but I don't use it that often. The price tag could also come down. Not the best value for your money, but good for special occasions.Customer Review: Good stuff!

I really like the WEN product. It's hard to believe your hair can really get CLEAN without any lather, but it does. It works like a conditioner as well. Tangles comb right out. The smell is fantastic. I don't use it every single day, because sometimes I just want to feel bubbles, but it really does clean very well. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because you have to pump it so many times to get enough to work. The bottle says to pump 16 times, but I have shoulder length hair and I pump a good 25! That gets tiring, which is another reason I sometimes grab the other stuff if I'm in a hurry. I will buy it again, and maybe put it in a different bottle.Customer Review: WOW

I hate to sound like the gushing infomercial lady, but WOW !! This is the first product i have bought that totally lived up to all the hype. I have only been using it a week, and cannot get over the changes in my hair. I have med. thick, wavy, colored treated hair that I am trying to grow past my shoulders. It no longer looks like straw. The smell of the Lavender reminds me of a spa treatment, and it really does leave your scalp tingling for hours after (so refreshing in the morning !) My hair is so soft, not at all "fuzzy" at the roots and is really shiny. I literally cannot stop touching it (nor can my husband !) I am 57 years old and always had beautiful hair all my life but it was getting old looking and too much time was spent on it because it is long. I also have to get it colored every 3 weeks because I have lots of grey. I was ready to say it's time to cut it off until I tried this product!! Wow, it's beautiful again and looks so heathly. I read the bad reviews and know it is because it is not being used correctly. You must use alot and rinse for at least the amount of time recommended if not longer. I slept with it last night per the instructions. The smell is nice too per my co-workers today. No more harsh shampoo for me and we will see how long I can keep my long hair.
