This is similar to the co-shampooing I was already doing to my african-american NATURAL chemical free hair. I love this product. Really helps my natural hair and leaves it soft and moisturized. I am so glad Chaz created this. I am sold and I am a new WEN customer. I just ordered the set for Ethnic african american hair. Can't wait for it to get here. This stuff is really really great and it even gets the oil and funky odor out of black hair that has grease/oil in it. Simply wonderful product.Customer Review: Isn't Good For Your Hair

One of the first ingredients is alcohol, which drys out hair. I bought this because it promised smoother, shinier hair. Yes your hair will be sort of smooth because it is weighed down by all the crap in this product, but it will be dull.
I used it for two weeks, and am now returning. I was disappointed by the lie that it is 'all natural'. It isn't and for me, it made my hair, dull and greasy. I suppose if you have thin fly-a-way hair, it will make it feel thicker and it will hold it down.

I had high expectations for this product due to the good reviews. I am usually a pretty easy person to please. I was so disappointed with this stuff. I tried it again and again with different amounts/times left on different formulas, etc,.. but each time my hair at the roots looked greasy. The advertisement said you don't need to wash your hair but once every 2-3 days when you use wen. As soon as I washed it, I felt it looked like it needed washing again. I love all the Wen products, but Cucumber Aloe is my new Favorite. It is so fresh and perfect for summer. My hair feels refreshed after using it. I guess everyone is different because for me "less is more" actually works well. I use much less than it says and sometimes I pre-mix it with a little water in a shaker bottle before applying. Just a little is all I need to clean my hair. I sometimes put just a little bit on my wet hair before I blow dry to make it more manageable.Customer Review: Bad Customer service

Ordered Wen Healthy hair cair system.I hoped Wen would be as good as they claim,being it was a gift for someone.Its OK" I was surprised when I received another order soon after(wasn't aware of auto delivery)When I contacted customer service,they were not interested.I work in the hospitality field and was surprised they did'nt want me to be happy or satisfied.Even blamed me.I order online from time to time and this has to be the worst customer service. disappointed.
