After reading the review re the Weleda Arnica Massage Oil, I decided to give it a try. This is the most effective arnica oil that I've used at home and for my massage by a CMT.

After having used Ben Gay Maximum Strength and Biofreeze for years, I needed to find another pain reliever as my new homeopath said that the former two interfer with homeopathy therapy. I asked her about what brand to use in an arnica oil and she recommended a warming arnica oil. I'm so glad I researched this product as it has brought the best relief to tight muscles.
