Developed by a well know fashion stylist over 30 years ago. Widu brushes were originally created to keep the hair of models healthy and free from static despite being washed, brushed and blown out all day long. Entirely handmade in Italy. Widu wooden hair brushes are all natural, free of animal by-products and synthetic materials, they are naturally hypo-allergenic. The wooden bristles are made from a unique birch variety called Hornbeam. This wood was chosen after extensive research based on it's based on its ability to resist breaking and splintering despite excessive use. This means the smooth round tips will always provide a gentle stroke on your scalp for the life of the brush. Widu enforces a strict policy of ethical reforestation with all of its wood suppliers.
