It's not just in your nails, but in your body.... let me give you some free ez help, it's quick & you'll feel better all over.
BUY SOME VASELINE, EUCALYPTUS OIL,(Health food store for 5 bucks, sm. bottle 5 oz. is plenty U can also buy all of this on Amazon.com too), WHILE U R AT HEALTH FOOD STORE GET A BOTTLE OF ASTRAGALUS ROOT, (does not interfere with medications, etc.), and DANDELION, both are less than 10 bucks each.... well worth it. BUY Q-tips, SEA SALT AT VONS OR WHERE EVER YOU BUY FOOD, CORN MEAL, A SMALL CONTAINER FOR MIXING VASELINE & EUCALYPTUS OIL, and a plastic container with lid large enough to soak both your feet in. Aloe vera gel is nice but not a must have,(to help soothe feet and nails between treatments) ok, so here we go.
Step one:
TAKE THE ASTRAGALUS FOR A FEW DAYS BEFORE YOU START, AFTER A FEW DAYS TAKE A 2 TBSP. OF THE SEA SALT & MIX WITH SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER, DRINK IT,(drink plenty of water throughout each day, rinse your mouth afterwards & drink a small glass of water, but wait a lil bit before you start drinking anymore, don't want to upset your stomach....
Since the dawn of time people have used sea salts to rid the body of microorganisms, you can use the apple cidar vingar in the same amount every other day... it acts the same way againsts micros to a lesser degree... you want to give your body on the inside a head start, and both of these are mild on the body & stomach & will not kill everything, but balance things out... take both b4 food, not after. Use ginger root or peppermint tea if the sea salt bothers you a lil...
cont. doing this for 10-14 days...
Step 2:
a couple days after you start treating your nails start taking the dandelion root(capsules are best, not the tea), this helps bile production which will help cleanse your blood as well as cause you to keep the water/waste from building up, cleanses your liver as well... also replaces electralytes naturally.
Step 3:
mix a small amount vaseline,(1/4 of the jar) & approx. 10-15 drops of eucalyptus oil, mix well, be careful not to spill it, the oil is really strong, this will be enough for few treatments/applications,(if you have vics it is similar but not as strong, u can use this... (SET ASSIDE) *make sure to rub into nails well*
WHY? THIS WILL SOFTEN THE NAIL SO THAT THE EUCALYPTUS CAN SOAK INTO THE NAIL AND ALSO SEALS THE NAIL...
NOW before you apply this, SOAK YOUR FEET IN WARM WATER WITH THE CORN MEAL,(every other day use apple cigar vingar 1/2 & 1./2 with warm water), USE IT IN A REAL BATH LATER, THEY'VE USED CORNMEAL FOR YEARS AT NUCLEAR TEST SITES TO DETOX SKIN... IT ALSO HAS A NATURAL MOISTURIZER IN IT. THIS IS DONE SO THE NAIL IS SOFTENED AND CLEANED B4 YOU APPLY THE NonyX, "or" THE VICS, "or" THE VASELINE & EUCALYPUS OIL MIX...
AFTER YOU SOAK YOUR FEET IF YOU'RE GOING TO SHOWER DO IT BEFORE YOU DO THE NEXT STEP,(either way you'll want to clean under the nail with finger nail tool/clipper, etc. leave the cuticles alone as much as possible)...OK, NOW after drying off your feet/nails, TAKE A Q-TIP & GET SEVERAL DROPS OF STRAIGHT EUCALYPTUS OIL, REALLY PUT A LOT ON THE Q-TIP... AT TIP OF TAIL PRESS IT AGAINST IT, ALL OF THEM EVEN ONES NOT EFFECTED,(do the ones not effected 1st), let the oil get under nail, then wipe the q-tip over the entire nail, now add the vaseline mix, and put on clean socks...
repeat every day, within a few days you'll see it working.
NOW... after you get them healthy, or at least healthier, you'll need to do this annually because all living things have life cycles, microorganisms are no exception.... DO NOT use prescribed drugs for this.... cut back as much as possible on sugars, MEAT, (pork & shell fish, etc.
Do a mini work out even if it's while laying down, it will help... like most scavengers, microorganisms are there to do a job... clean out what we ourselves have for whatever reason have been unable to do, pump life back into your legs...
THIS IS A MUST ALSO:
Boil water for 6-9 minutes, let it cool a bit & then drink it like tea, the iodized water will help pull toxins, waste and so on out of your system... garlic is great to take, but don't use odorless... also cheyenne, cinnamon, black walnut & *clove* help, these rid the body of microorganisms & don't worry, while powerful, they are food products so it won't kill all the good guys, feel free to add a probiotic, but non flavored yogurt is usually enough if you like to eat it a few times a week...
On a side note: The sea salt doesn't effect people the same way regular salt does when added to food... you can drink a ton of sea water even with high blood pressure, so don't let anyone scare you out of this.... you can & should also use a bit in your bath BUT do NOT forget to use the cornmeal in your bath, your skin will thank you, p.s. be careful it's a lil slippery & you have to rinse after bath because the corn meal is like sand.... Annnnyway, use this other stuff NonyX or whatever... sounds good, but please consider buying these things also, bout the same price but let me tell ya, you'll only chase your problem if you don't rid your body of the real problem... If nothing else, PLEASE get the astragalus & do the apple cidar vingar...then just buy the store bought nail gel... OH & if you try the corn meal, get a handful when your bathing, get it into a paste in your hand with a lil water & scrub your palms & feet, feels amazing. The point is we need to balance things back in our favor, sometimes things get out of kilter & we need help getting back on track... the medications do far greater damage than good, use the things we know our body can take.... do a juice fast, water fast, what have you... just don't give your body over to science just yet, lol...Good luck~
