Zenbev is overall a good product. For most members in our family it helps promote a good night's rest with no groggy feeling in the morning. But it is almost impossible to avoid sludge in the bottom of the cup - even if you stir vigorously at length. It's also very expensive if more than one person (this container lasted us only about a week).
