I bought this product and a few days ago. At first it seemed to have worked but a couple days later I broke out a bit. The only reason why this may work for you is because of the tube of salicylic acid treatment. It really seemed to help dry out my zit. I don't think the little heating device gets hot enough to really work. I am going to try the blue light for acne. I heard that really kills the acne bacteria using photons fom blue light. Some of the devices have amazing reviews on Amazon. This zeno seems like a dud. I did notice that the zeno spot treatment(the little pink oe blue ones) has better reviews. This orange zeno is used for the whole face and not a spot treatment. It's more of a preventative measure. To actually kill all the bacteria in the skin you need to hold that device on each area for a long time. Rubbing it for 3 mins wont do too much. I did hold it to my chin for a long time for 2 days and I broke out the next day just a tad. Overall it was ok. I think frequent use may help you. If your acne is light it may help. I'm returning mine and trying the other little one(spot treatment).I would encourage you to try it b/c it might work for you if your acne is light. Everyone's skin reacts differently. I would buy it at a place like target--this way you can try it out then return it if you want. That's what I am doing. You have nothing to lose!
