I haven't had much of a problem with acne until recently. Because I have sensitive skin, I was a little nervous about applying heat to my skin. However, the day I received my Zeno Hot Spot in the mail, I tried it on a breakout along my jawline. The next morning it was almost completely gone! I look forward to getting back to the clear skin of my 20's. The heat doesn't bother my skin at all, in fact, it takes away any pain that may be associated with the breakout instantly.Customer Review: Zeno Hot Spot

I love this product. If you catch a breakout in the early stages, it really does help to keep it at bay. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars, is that I have had to replace this item twice, because all of a sudden it just stops working. Zeno replaced the first one after much diligence on my part, however, they are a very hard company to reach, and I couldn't be without it so I just ended up buying the last one on my own, because that is how much I love it.Customer Review: works...sometimes.

I have used this a few times with varying results. Sometimes it will prevent a blemish from coming to the surface at all. Other times i've seen no difference. I think the key is getting the pimple before it becomes a larger red one - otherwise this doesnt do much for it. I wouldnt recommend using it before you go out anywhere unless you have foundation or concealer to cover up, because you will be red around the treatment area for about an hour or two after.Customer Review: Not for me

This product was not for me. I had read mixed reviews and decided to take a chance on it.
I have sensitive skin so I was unsure about this product. I tried it on the recommended pimples and saw absolutely no decrease. They increased, actually. I even used it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night and it didn't work at all.
This hot spot blemish clearing device simply is not for me, but I'm glad it works for others!

First of all...it only lasts 80 times and you need to zap a medium size blemish several times. I did not find that it made them go away, but rather reduced a bit. The most frustrating thing is that Once I treated one and went to treat the next one the unit wouldn't work. I had to wait a while (1/2 hr or more) for the thing to decide that it would not automatically turn off again while I tried to use it. Not worth the bother.
