In the search for healing skincare products, I came across a product containing Pycnogenol. This is a special blend of bioflavonoids extracted from French Maritime pine tree bark. It is similar to grape seed extract.
Pycnogenol is really an antioxidant that neutralizes unstable or "radical" oxygen molecules that attack the body's cells. Free radicals can degrade collagen, reprogram DNA, cause aging and inflammation. No wonder antioxidant creams can cause your skin to look dramatically different in a matter of days! Taking a vitamin supplement also helps. I like the Emer'gen-C "lite" version without all the fructose.
Not only does this product protect the skin against harmful UVB radiation, it reduces inflammation. It also aids vitamin C in rebuilding collagen. You might also want to start drinking Aloe Juice by mixing it into fresh-squeezed fruit juices.

This product will reduce inflammation in a matter of hours and in a day you will see dramatic results. All the Derma E products seem to be very healing. I also loved the Tea Tree & E Antiseptic Crème and the Clear Skin 3 Crème.
If you are looking for two main products to heal your skin, this should be one of them. Also try Florasone for immediate relief from a variety of skin conditions. I mixed Florasone and this Pycnogenol cream and used it on an area that was inflamed and within one day I saw amazing results.
